Thank you so much for checking out my new little Les Mis fan blog!! This blog is something I've been mulling over for a long time.

Mostly, this blog will contain: Les Misérables character, songs, and casting analysis, as well as content that may interest those who enjoy Les Mis. Feel free to leave any suggestions for future posts or my blog layout. I will try to post at least once a week, but no promises. :)

You may have noted my disclaimer on the sidebar stating that I do not recommend listening to all of the Les Misérables songs, or watching the entire 2012 movie. While the book sensitively handles any adult themes, the musical can get inappropriate. But most of it is clean, and I won't discuss anything "skippable" here. Just wanted to let you know. :)

I have read Les Misérables, seen the 2012 movie, seen half of the 25th Anniversary edition(I will finish it someday!), and listened to all of the (appropriate) songs a million times.

So, yes! Enjoy my blog:)

Vive la France!

  1. Yes! You HAVE to finish the 25th Anniversary!!!!! Alfie Boe IS FANTASTIC!! And Ramin Karimloo? JUST BRILLIANT!!!! I am not a "fan girly" person, but those two... I am pretty close to fan girling right now. Watch the 25th Anniversary of The Phantom of the Opera too. OH MY G-O-S-H!! They have... unimaginably gorgeous voices. I sort of wish I could say the same for Nick Jonas, but sorry buddy, just don't even try to sing broadway. You can't. I'm not a Jonas Brothers fan though, so not sorry.
Though I am sorry for freaking out. I hope you don't mind!

    1. Finally able to read your comment!

Everyone has been telling me to watch the 25th anniversary PotO. Like, everyone. It's really crazy. Thanks for reminding me that I need to do that! :)

Aww, poor Nick Jonas, though. I feel bad for him and Russell Crowe(although, really anyone who had the chance to play in Les Mis shouldn't be pitied). :D

Don't apologize! Of course I don't mind! I set up this whole blog as a place for people to freak out over Les Mis. :)

      Thanks for your comment, Esther!

  2. Hey Meredith!

Would you ever consider doing a Les Misérables re-along? That would be really fun!

    1. Oh my goodness, I only just saw this today. Oops!

I've thought about it before... Maybe? It would take several months for sure...I don't know. I'll keep you posted. :)

Hello! It seems you're preparing to leave a comment?

If you do, I will be marvelously happy and you will make my day, but please keep in mind that comments with language or discouraging content will ruin my day. :)
